Biography

Hello, my name is Ally, it’s so nice to meet you! I am a clinical therapist committed to promoting trusting, meaningful, safe, and authentic relationships with my clients. I am passionate about working with others through their mental health journey. Life can be full of ups, downs, surprises, transitions, loss, and more. I would love to help you navigate through the complexity life has to offer.

I began my educational journey at Wayne State University, where I graduated in 2020, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I also obtained an undergraduate certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I then graduated with my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Michigan School of Psychology in 2024. My training included work at University Pediatricians Autism Center where I worked with individuals with Autism utilizing ABA techniques. I then worked at Centro Multicultural La Familia (CMLF), where had the pleasure of working alongside clients facing anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, relationship struggles, trauma-related issues, family conflict, and work stressors.

I offer an inviting, sometimes humorous, judgement free, empathetic, and warm presence. My approach is an eclectic approach involving Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and client-centered, with mainly humanistic and psychodynamic framework. I work collaboratively with clients leaning into a client-centered, personalized approach. I believe that I am the passenger and you are the driver in your life. I believe in helping clients find and embrace their most authentic self.

Therapy is a place to feel supported, heard, and empowered. I am here to offer a compassionate and understanding ear. I look forward to working with you!
