Biography

As a clinical therapist, I am dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of my clients by fostering authentic, compassionate relationships and supporting steady, sustainable growth. I believe in providing care that respects each individual’s unique experiences, and I’m committed to lifelong learning and self-awareness as the foundation of effective, meaningful therapy.

My approach is personalized and strengths-based, grounded in Behavior Analysis and trauma-informed care. I focus on understanding the underlying needs behind challenging behaviors and supporting clients in building lasting, practical skills for positive change. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults to help them cultivate resilience, purpose, and overall well-being.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Behavioral Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. My clinical journey began as a behavior technician, where I formed a strong connection with individuals on the autism spectrum. During graduate school, I completed my practicum at the University Center for Child and Family (affiliated with the University of Michigan), working primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Since then, I’ve continued to work closely with the ASD community while broadening my experience to include individuals managing substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. These diverse experiences have helped shape me into a well-rounded therapist capable of supporting individuals and families through crisis, transition, and healing.

In my day-to-day work, I integrate a variety of evidence-based modalities including Behavior Analytic techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Therapy with me goes beyond traditional talk therapy—it’s about genuine connection. At Inpsychful Wellness, I meet clients where they are, using creativity, play, humor, and flexibility to build trust and create a safe, engaging space for growth.
