Biography

Hello! I am Dr. Dima Swaidan, a licensed clinical psychologist and the Clinic Director of Inpsychful Wellness. At the heart of my work is a simple but powerful goal: to help people navigate their mental health journeys with care, empathy, and respect.

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Madonna University in 2016 and went on to complete my Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) at the Michigan School of Psychology in 2021. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating meaningful, supportive therapeutic relationships that empower individuals to grow, heal, and thrive.

My professional journey has been shaped by extensive training at leading institutions, including Henry Ford Health Systems, the University of Michigan Psychological Clinic, Beaumont Center for Pain Medicine, University of Michigan-Dearborn Counseling and Psychological Services, and Wayne State University Counseling and Psychological Services. These experiences have given me a deep, comprehensive understanding of diverse therapeutic approaches and the opportunity to work with individuals from all walks of life.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative and personal process — one where you should feel truly seen, heard, and supported. In our time together, you can expect a thoughtful, compassionate, and personalized approach, grounded in both evidence-based practices and genuine human connection. I am excited to meet you, hear your story, and work together as you reach your highest potential.
